About Impact PMO
Impact PMO is a specialist consultancy supporting infrastructure operators and delivery organisations to improve how complex programmes are delivered, governed and scaled. We work at the intersection of delivery, systems and data — with deep expertise in Sitetracker — helping organisations ensure platforms and processes genuinely support teams on the ground.
Our work spans telecoms, EV charging, renewables and adjacent infrastructure sectors, supporting programmes at different stages of maturity, from early scoping through to live operations and continuous improvement.

Across multiple programmes and operating models, we’ve seen that the success of systems like Sitetracker is rarely about configuration alone. The real challenge sits in translating real-world delivery processes into workable data models, governance and reporting — and ensuring teams actually adopt the platform once it goes live.

We typically engage in a consultancy or fractional capacity, allowing us to remain independent while acting as a consistent point of reference for delivery systems, governance and improvement initiatives. This model works particularly well where organisations are scaling, evolving their operating model, or do not have a dedicated internal owner for delivery platforms.
